Yep, the easiest and simplest LSD for the morrie is a common old Lincoln locker.

Pretty rare and expensive item, Japanese would possibly better easier to source.

If it's a farm hack just hook up a handbrake for each rear wheel.

There are a few available off the shelf, not cheap though.

Farm hack! Goop up the diff with a welder. Better tyres! Chains!

if you go welding the diff I wouldnt expect the axles to last very long. They were bad enough with an open diff.
perhaps get a rear and from a datsun 120y wagon with leaf springs and put that in, then either weld it up or find an LSD for one of those.
Id just get some tractor grips then if you still have problems then go from there.

What morrisman says, the axles in those are like carrots so any effort put into that diff is a waste of time.

I have a LSD fitted to my Austin Healy Sprite Race car.Runs Nissan A15 and 5 speed.Brought a Phamton Grip LSD in fron the USA.The Diff is the same as the Morrie Minor. $499.00 US at the time. The kit converts the diff to LSD.2 sets of springs are supplied to lock the diff. Use the heavy ones.
