I am looking at some of these to mount on a nudge bar on my Navara. My question is are they legal! My mechanic is sure that indicators had to be as practically close to the extremity of the vehicle as poss for a WOF. These ones. http://tinyurl.com/7ws8beu

VIRM essentially says that they must be mounted symmetrically as far towards each side of the vehicle as practicable.They must be wired so they can't operate when headlamps or fog lamps are on.Big issue I see with these lights are the light output and whether they can be aligned so that they don't dazzle other motorists.Nice looking unit though.

I just saw a near new Rodeo with them mounted within the grille enclosure, left and right bottom. looked good!

Found out that you are only allowed 2 sets of indicaters facing forward. As my Navara has them in the wing mirrors that rules me out :(
