I know myself how unforgiving a tree can be - you just accelerate at such a rate of knots when you impact it !slow motion then fast forward immediately !

yep sure did - you can see it if you look carefully enough - it folds when hits tree from underneath mate - nothing is THAT strong

There would be multiple deaths. IMHO the road crashes are the worst - could happen to anybody and no cage, helmet etc.
