Something is locking the turbine shaft. on not lined up right.

How do you get to the turbine shaft!.we have not pulled anything apart. We removed the stones, and the propellers are moving, jet ski just not starting

Well if the impellors are moving then it's all good. Could be a flat battery/ faulty relay/ starter motor

Cool thanks for your help, will go and try disconnecting battery etc now. Hopefully that fixes it!

If the 'propellors' are moving then it must be winding over - so it's hard to tell what state your machine is actually in because of ambiguous statements!
I had this happen a couple of months ago. Sucked some gravel into the intake while it was running.
Disconnect the battery, and if you can reach the coupling at the rear of the engine, try turning it by hand. It should turn without binding (except you will feel the compression of the engine).
If it's binding or it won't turn at all (jammed) then there are still some stones in the impeller(s).
You then need to gently jiggle the coupling to try to dislodge them and get it to the point where it will turn freely - before you even try to start the engine.

Might be the brushes in the start motor, very common especially if its an older ski. Could just be coincidence.
