That sucks.
Is it just panel damage, or the actual frame! If just panel you can buy new door skins. Doors do come up for sale reasonably regularly on TM.
That said, everything is repairable.Good luck.

door isn't repairable it was twisted right round folded in half andtorn can't straighten other wise we would have bought a door skin makes you made when people don't have respect opportunist at there best

Have you tried Strongs on the Shore!Diana Drive - if they are still going.A bit closer for you than New Plymouth.
Consider fitting a cheap anti theft system such as a hidden switch to the coil for example.Not sure if 1980 Minis are on electric fuel pumps, but I always had a switch to the pump.Theives could probably start the car -but wouldn't get far before it spluttered to a standstill.

cheers everyone have tried minibitz and strong bros they both don't have any in stock old or new. my boy has a kill switch on his mini but all they wanted to do was do some damage they broke his front and both side windows as well so getting those tomorrow just door to go.

No my boy is responsible and doesn't hang out with dicks, he's a safe driver first time he's taken his car to the beach, He has worked hard for his car and not only that he just finished doing it up, it's more like they were jealous of what he had just dicks that don't respect.
