gabriella4, You should be congratulated on the way you have responded to the out-right criticism and cynical piss-taking on both here and on your listing - you've stated your case calmly and with clarity. Your husband has married a hell of a woman! I think I won't be alone for being full of admiration for you - look at hydroman08, for eg, being prepared to think a bit more about your husband and his work. Your articulate, determined, intelligent and have a sense of humour, too.

What puts me off more than the kit is the pant job, over spray everywhere, even the cert tag! At least the kit would more or less rip off and easily be replaced. Many hours and big $$$ to fix the paint.

BUT! BIG BIG thumbs up for not getting all angry about any negative comments on here. End of the day its yours/his car, so each to their own. I'm sure there are things I would like to drive that would make others sick :)

Bellky doesn't even know what he means, let alone what you or anyone else mean. We all love you Bellky - when you are away.

Are the exhausts legal coming out where they do!
v8_mopar,
Apr 23, 6:51pm
I would be surprised if they were. dont think they can come out under a door like that. Ok if its a 2 door and lots of room from door to back wheel
gabriella4,

To Jmma and v8_mopar . yes the exhausts are legal other wise he would not have got a CERTIFICATION which is probably 10x more stricter than an ordinary WOF, which the car has not long passed.

Cert was done ages ago, still not sure about the exhaust, you can burn your leg on those getting out of the car, It is awhile ago since I was issuing wofs, so things may have changed.

ok well the back half would be harder to remove then the front half lol. looks as though its mix of bog and weilding to keep it on!

I really dont value your word that much as other things you say about the car are way off the mark.
How much do you want for it. could be an ok project if price ok. maybe some side skirts to go with the bumpers and more of a mad max look and all :)

IMO cert guy must have been pretty lenient (& there arent many of those out there) or theyve been modified afterwards because those exhausts dont extend past the passenger compartment & dont even extend past the edge of the door, so fumes can enter quite easily. Maybe its paranoia now but what does the relay cover up on the cert plate! (odd place for a relay)

Buy it and park it outside with a sledge hammer and sign ''$5.00 per hit'' lol

The exhaust system was on there when the car was CERTIFIED 6years ago and the only way one can get burnt from the exhaust system is by being stupid enough to put your leg/body underneath the car. The car was recently given a WOF by Master Tune who are highly respected here in PN> (MTA) assured. there would be no way in hell the car would have passed either cert or w.o.f if the exhaust system was illegal. My hubby has done the hard yards on this vehicle, making it easy for anyone to modify to their own liking. To motorboy- the front of the kit is easily removed, and the back was welded on in stages so that if anyone wanted to take if off you only to zip the welds and put a bumper on.

As i last understood the rules(virm)'' Re exhaust'' Pretty sure the exhaust has to exit behind the back wheels on any 4door ''not in front of the back wheels like your hubbys POS'' and your hubby has done more than the ''hard yards'' on it. He has actually ROOTED it through and through.

Meh. i've seen worse. user "Toxicgreen" still doesn't have the brain power to take this website down: http://www.topdogcarracing.co.nz/
Yeah sure, it isn't a slab of fibreglass sanded flat, but at least the owner of the Falcon isn't trying to pass it off as something that actually improves the cars capability.

God I love reading that website content.
