Unfortunately, yes. It's a bit of a fad. *very naughty word* knows why, it just makes the car look broken and ruins any ride quality and handling ability. idiots.

edit - needless to say, the amount of money required to get that look would buy a very nice suspension set up that would actually make the car handle like it's on rails. Some peoples priorities are. weird.
