Should be easy enough just to order one from ebay. Just a couple of thoughts though, not sure what they sell for now but they used to be stupidly expensive for what they were. There are alternative's around that may be better/cheaper. You an also get bluetooth OBD2 adapters cheap that can run similar apps from your phone.
Also. don't forget to check its compatible with your car. If you are not OBD2 compliant you may be better with an mpguino.

I recently bought a $20 bluetooth OBD2 scanner off ebay, and connected to it via some free software on my Android phone.Works a treat with my E46 beemer.
The same scanner is on trademe for $60.

Best to google scangauge.
Basically its just an aftermarket trip computer with fuel consumption etc that works off your OBD2 connector.
As with the poster above though there are other methods that are often better and more cost effective.
