I was going to do burnouts in my prelude today to celebrate finishing the motor off and getting it running right. Instead it snapped a cambelt just above an idle in the driveway.
I was quite mad that I didn't get to do burnouts. The whole breaking the motor after doing all the work thing didn't help either

nah it has been run in before. but in saying that ALOT of people have told me even when you've had a rebuild you should still give it abit (not all of the time youre running it in). was also told that the hsv whent from production on to dino with first start up streight up to realy high revs.

Mean! Yep you want to give it a bit as that seals your rings/bores up better and she won't drink.
