Keep you hand on the horn.

Geez just went and picked the wife up from work before, struck one idiot who wouldn't go on their right of way, struck another that went when I had right of way and almost t-boned me and another that went straight through a give way and narrowly missed me collecting him! Some driver's need to wake up a bit. Or maybe I need to drink less before I drive anywhere. Thoughts!

Geez *you're*

I moved to a very small town 15 months ago.no traffic or people problems.park a car where and when you like.4 minute walk to work.

un_known, May 2, 3:57pm
what towns that mugen!Sounds nice.

a.woodrow, May 2, 3:58pm
Invercargill isn't particularly large, but I believe I read somewhere that we have the highest rate of intersection crashes in NZ (per head of population)

sw20, May 2, 4:01pm
I drove into the drivers side of a guy who decided not to give way on a roundabout last Friday in my GT Corolla. Wasn't at all happy.

mugenb20b, May 2, 4:03pm
It's nice as long as your job is secure, but no problems here.

The town is Hunterville, population 400 odd (incuding all the rural areas within a 20km radius). 45 minutes from Palmerston North and Wanganui.

You or him!

moosie_21, May 2, 4:08pm
I walk to work everyday, might as well save on money when I'm 10 minutes from work, and don't have to put up with the retards!

mugenb20b, May 2, 4:11pm
Yeah, same here. But, I only take my car to work when I'm on call. It's quite funny actually, by the time the auto box selects third gear, I have to slow down to get into the driveway of my work.

No traveling for me as I'm the house b!tch but living in a smallish town I'll bike (push) 15mins to town to do the food shopping every 2-3 days to keep 10 hungry mouths fed.couldn't handle the jandle living in a big city again.

pollymay, May 2, 4:50pm
Wasn't that thing immaculate!

a.woodrow, May 2, 5:10pm
not any more.

Best ailure to give way i ever saw was back in the 70's.Idiot in a Skoda pulled out halfway accross a "T"intersection and then found no where to go.Driver approaching from his right in LWB Land Rover, stopped, engaged 4wd and pushed Skoda sideways a complete block.Apart from some screaming tyres didnt acctually do much damage.Bet that Skoda driver never ever tried that again.Wish I owned a LWB Rover, be worth nothing and oh what fun one could have!

Had near miss on weekenddriverturning right off SH1 atSanson turnoffdidnt want to give way to me turning left luckily I put the boot into it & he missedbutblared his horn &gave me the finger .Idiot

sw20, May 3, 2:08pm
Yes it was immaculate.

He failed to give way, he was coming from my left as I was driving straight ahead. The damage to his drivers side kinda gives away who was at fault.

I love when people don't give way at round-abouts. I always try to get as close to their car as possible. Hopefully the front of my car approaching their door from a couple metres away scares them enough to not do it again lol.

a.woodrow, May 3, 5:40pm
ahem I mean geez *your*

cjdnzl, May 4, 2:18pm
I fitted triple wind tones to my Primera - if they don't give way I close the gap and lean on the horn - damn near gives them a heart attack. One time the guy hit the brakes, stopped on the spot, stalled, and was still there when I was at the end of the street, 100 metres away.I reckon he shit himself when those horns went off. They are bloody LOUD!
