A question on an auction for a car with a brand new testing station WOF What will this car for its next WOF! How do you respond to a question like that! My christal ball is broken at present.

Say it's impossible to give an answer. but divert focus back to the brand new WoF saying how it passed with flying colours and no warnings etc (assuming it did fly through with no warnings lol).

This car has a brand new testing station WOF, she's ready to go. Often they havn't read the auction properly and ask questions about stuff already explained in auction.

Maybe they are asking about any 'comments' made by the inspector in regards to issue(s) present that although not fail worthy may require attention at some stage in the not too distant future!
If the car is sweet to your knowledge I would reply:
"Vehicle passed WOF inspection with a clean sheet and no comments were made. As far as I know the car has no issues other than stated in the ad/auction. Thanks"

Just say it probably won't make it to the next WOF Ha Ha Ha

"Probably nothing, but I wouldn't want to put any bets on it".

Tell him the truth man! ''I frequently rub shoulders with the testing station staff and they simply tick all the boxes cause your such a good bugger and the only thing I can remember about the day was my hand touching the hot receptionists hand as I passed her pen back''. LOL

Any question allows you to put a spin on your auction. Just say what a brilliant car it is without even touching on his question.

All I would say is, "depends how much you abuse it before its due"

C'mon Kaz this has been discussed so many times. You accuse him of trying to sabotage your auction, call him an effin timewaster and then blacklist him.Problem solved.

simple answer It depends on how rough you choose to treat it

You ignore it and move on because of course there is no answer. The sort of muppet that asks that is also the same sort of muppet who comes back moaning in six months that the clutch is slipping and they can't get a WOF because of bald tyres and are even too lazy to clean the shredded and melted rubber from under the wheelarches and want to know how much you are going to cough up to fix it. Not worth pursuing.
