The once great British motoring industry is a very changed industry from the days and Marques that brought us such fine vehicles as the Rolls Royce, Morris Minor and E-Type Jag to mention just a few.
I do not wish to enter debates about which is the best, worst etc from the past. If that is your desire start your own threads.
GAME ONE QUESTION: Name all the 'British owned and based' car makers still trading today.They must sell complete road legal cars (not trucks or buses)that can be driven away, so that excludes most kit cars.

TVR has reportly been brought and its about to re-commence production ofcars - Wikipedia does not always have the answers! ; Jensen is back - well a few sketches have been shown to motoring press last year for 2014 Ginetta is still around - Brought by Dare - apparently a modern G4 is still been produced as are kits

Jensen, according to a press release are due to restart in 2014.
The one I am thinking of is owned by a Dutch born millionaire, now living in England and is named after a Formula 1 champion.

Sadly for many car enthusiasts the list of British cars still being made is a short one.
and the highest volume British Car maker. Manganese Bronze Holdings - trading as - The London Taxi Co . (I was unaware that they sold to the public).
