Use baby oil/vegetable oil and massage lots of it into your hair, leave it for a few minutes and then wash it off with hot water. Should get it all out.

Filling the g box eh .worse when lying on your back doing it ,hard to get the taste out of ya mouththeF&^%$#@lidspop off , have to push hard to get oil out the tubeagainst airpushing back. I lost best part of1 l castrolsyn trans.

That's the one.I knew it was going to be a PITA refilling a g/box with about 3 litres using 1 litre squeeze bottle, but had I known the damned lid would squeeze off, I wouldn't have even tried to do it that way.It was a Mobil bottle, but I used Valvoline Oil. It really needed an oil change - I don't remember what brand of 80/90 I used on the last oil change, but it was very thin when I drained it.

i use one of those cheap plastic petrol hand pump siphon things for doing gearbox oil, works a treat.
