Re-vinning bike

can anyone tellme what it costs to re-vin a bike that has not been rego'd since 1988.I have]nearly finished restoring my 1974 honda 350 four and have the original plates and ownership papers and need to know the cost and what is involved in getting it legal.Thanks in advance
