andrea_w, May 30, 4:38pm
Either way, that's a mighty fine effort!

gman35, May 30, 4:39pm
Dunno , but It's got 3 sets of wheels according to the marks !

foxdonut, May 30, 4:40pm

vpholdie, May 30, 4:41pm

1ollie, May 30, 4:42pm
That is Manfeild circuits hairpin! lol when was this!

bwg11, May 30, 4:43pm
Understeering in an oversteering attitude.!

modie61, May 30, 5:02pm
Its says 2003 in the pic, so i guess its correct.

1ollie, May 30, 11:51pm
Well yes indeed haha on second inspection its at 1:02pm on the 6th of the 4th in 2003!
Yes its defiantly not over steer!

Haha and no matter how much I look at it I still just don't know why it would be alowed to happen haha!

Driver training course.

bashfulbro, May 31, 7:11am
Could have even beenan overstayer, except it would have been a grey or dark blue people mover, not a fire engine.

esprit, May 31, 8:17am
I can't see at Manfeid where this would be.

hamishcookie, May 31, 8:37am
Looks like at least a box of beers and the walk of shame

jokerboss, May 31, 1:18pm
Backtrack : your looking towards Higgens/clubhouse directly behind the "Tender"

NZTools, May 31, 3:59pm
Nope.
If it was a race day, they would have been wearing their level two's. (full fire fighting kit)
they are wearing their {old} blue overalls, which would mean itwould have been a driver training day. (all driver/pump operators have to do an advanced driver training course in the big red race car)

richardmayes, May 31, 7:30pm
I can't imagine one of those things would have enough power to make the back end step out, it must be understeer surely!

murph2068594, May 31, 8:25pm
I think you'll find that they are driver training with the same amount of gear on the fire engine as usual, including a couple of tonne of water in the tank.

1ollie, May 31, 9:56pm
Ummm I would say walk strait out from the apex of the hairpin to the outside of the circut turn left walk about 5 meters along the white line and look the way of the photo!

pieman33h, Jun 1, 5:45am
oversteer is the back of the vehicle hitting wall. understeer is the front of the vehicle hitting wall.

NZTools, Jun 1, 10:21am
Both of which are usually preceeded by "hold my beer bro, and watch this for skills"

smac, Jun 1, 10:31am
Probably the same muppets driving who got the tender stuck in the infield during the Guy Fawkes display, then got the second one stuck trying to tow the first out.would have been about 2003 or there abouts. Maybe this was the remedial training!
