just about to buy a car but want to make things clear as possible before going through with trade. this car is issued with an exemption license, cant be driven on roads with this license etc. what will i need to do to get this off and back on with a rego! it says the exemption license expires in roughly 8 months.

ok when you buy it and want it to be used on the road you just get a wof and then you can register it. If you dont use it for the next 4 month you put it on hold in your name for 12 month. the exemtion ends on sale and you have to put it on hold your self and you always put 12 month no matter what as its stupid to do anything else for putting on hold. why is a bit tricky to explain but you can trust me its what to do or wof it straight away .
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
