Do these have to be converted to RHD and comply with all the same regs as any other import! In short, can it be registered here!

The back end is ugly as sin.

I guess I should have said, they look nice - for the money its been offered at. There are plenty of other cars i would prefer, but as you have said, " A lot of motor for 10 grand though"

I never liked the shape of those mustangs. The 2005 one's are infinitely better looking. Mind you, I would buy a camaro any day over these dinosaurs.

In Japan you can freely drive LHD or RHD cars with no restrictions.

Yuck indeed. There's a reason a new Falcon is 1/3rd the price of a new Audi. Oh and cheapo Mondeo-type interior. Double yuk.

Ford Taurus comes to mind.

I wonder if being a Cobra puts it in the right category to be allowed on the road.
bellky,

You mean for Special Interest Vehicle! You can get GTRs registered under that.
rob_man,
May 24, 7:44pm
Yeah that, it is a lot of car for the price and manual to boot.

Will a lhd motor slot straight in to the same make/model rhd car!

Just look at how many mid 90's camaro's are listed on trademe for around that price. I'm sure at least one of them would be of similar condition. Granted, it is an cobra, so a bit more special than the stock mustang.
