If it has been slipping, it will most likely need replacing.
Any more than 10% rib wear and you wont get effcient drive from the belt.
It will have lock bolts holding it and a bolt to wind to adjust it.
Tension needs to be approx 50kg of strand tension for a 4PK belt.
