Looking at getting a set of 18inch 6 spoke (from a 350z) powdercoated. Whats a estimate price per wheel! I remember around $80-$100 last time I looked. But not sure these days.
Also can you get a good gloss black powdercoat! My knowledge of powdercoating is very limited.

Yes you can get a gloss black. If you remove the tyres and clean them up a bit, you would be looking at around $30 per wheel. Was around $20 per wheel when I last did it for a living, but that was a while ago;)
Can do as have tyre shop sponsor for my racecar. Do they need blasting at all (sand or something else). Surely theres some prep work involved that would bump the price up on powdercoating.

Are they already painted! Or just factory alloy! If factory alloy, should just need a very light sand and either chemically dipped or just cleaned up with some wax and grease remover. Being in a different part of the country may affect pricing, but still cant see it being over $40-$50 per wheel including cleaning/prep.

Last ones I got done worked out to around $45/50 a wheel, including acid dipping/stripping, prep and powdercoating

atomicstripping in onehunga does them, i think he charged me $280 for the set, and that was for aciddipping and powder coating gloss black. have had the rims on my car for almost a year and still look brand new. his numbers (09)6368698, cant remember the guys name
