our quad has same tyre size on front and back is this correct or has somebody put incorrect wheels on it, as it wines at high speed

incorrect. TRX300FW should have 23x8x11 on front and 24x9x11 rear. If wrong sizes, it could kill the diff (usually front one). When you say "high speed", how fast on what surface!

Take it for a ride on the tar seal,if it feels like it is binding up they are wrong. We have had this happen to us on a 4x4 trx300.It may be an idea to go to a ATV shop and have a look at a identical bike.

to be 100% sure i'd call your local honda dealer with frame number etc as n.z sometimes has slightly different models to the rest of the world.
trx350 has 24-9-11 front & back.
