yup, age doesnt mean honesty. As a teen ager I was in the outside lane of a 2 lane road & indicated to move into the median cross hatched area to turn right into a mates work driveway. As I did a car tried to overtake outside me & wiped out my drivers front, the other driver was in his 40-50s & admitted responsibility at the scene. When insurance contacted he'd changed his story to I was in the left lane & swung over in front of him. I went to the scene & took photos of his LH wheel skid marks along the cross hatches & rh skids on the wrong side of the road but no one gave a shit, I was young & he was old with a clean driving record (achieved by being a lying a-hole I reckon)

Wow. You let her go without even getting a name!
This has got to be a wind up, no one is that stupid surely! Hell I even ask for the other drivers licence so I can write their licence number down.

if in an accident and the other drivers at fault, if he/she is prepared to sign something to say that he/she accepts responsibility and providing he/she has I.D. then no need for cops to be involved. No I.D and or not prepared to accept responsibility then ring cops and let them sort it out providing the other drivers at fault of course.
