Full description: Police and other emergency services are at the scene of a fatal motor-vehicle crash west of Hastings. Two vehicles, a blue van with two occupants and a 4 x 4 with a single occupant, collided on SH 50 near the intersection with Kereru Road just after 1pm this afternoon.
