Exactly, only a fool would state that when selling anything, all that invites is low offers at the last minute. Most of the time its BS anyway, as the Q&A usually reveals.

Private sellers arent dealers its your responsibility to check the car is upto standard for your purposes. Anybody that would state that on an auction is clearly either desperate or an idiot.In most cases they will be an idiot.
