Have you researched if there is any sort of paint type to allow you to do it yourself! Interesting - Are the old whitewalls painted on or are they part of the moulded tyre!

You can get adhesive circles that can be stuck onto the tyre walls. Not sure who has them. They look realistic enough.
There used to be a machine you could buy as part of a "franchise" that could put small white wall lines on tyres.I saw one guy do a whole car yard one sunday.He did every car and made every car just that much more ugly.He jacked tha car up and put the machine under the tyre he was painting and it spun the wheel around slowly while he put the paint on.YUK!

Havnt seen one of those franchise guys around for a while,but still see the odd newly done white line job on some cars that are from cars sales etc.

Maybe check out a few car sales you might find one that either has the gear or who knows who can do it.
