Check service history, trans fluid, diff oils, spark plugs etc
Other then that, just noises from the suspension, knocks etc. Common for the bushes and joints in the rear end to get noisy around that mileage.

Also front balljoints common to fail, be sure to check them otherwise it won't get a WOF

Yep^, should be good for another 160,000kms, no (major) problem.
