No, I asked the question myself not long ago and someone (in the motorsport media) was going to make inquiries but never found out anything in the end.

I know they were trying to make the most powerful engine in the world for it more powerful than a Concorde engine .As of the low to the grown air drag. I thought it was a turbine engine feed by a solid rocket engine . But haven't herd anymore about it

I don't think you'll need a jet more powerful than a Concorde engine AND a rocket to nab the NZ record!
