the monaro on the transporter has got some very new wheels on it for a barn find, that 1st picture has been on a number of forums over in OZ about 2 yrs back, very nice finds anyways

I had a great find once in an old batch I bought for peanuts. In a locked shed (angle grinder job),I found boxes of antique tools, rim spreaders, 21 inch tyres still with paper wrapping. Best of all was a wooden crate of 6 bottles of Johnny Walker. According to the books and newspapers I found in there the shed had been closed up since 1939.

I think South African Monaro or Chev SS was in production to around 1973so no HQ Monaros - I think I got a few references via Car Today (south Africa) of road tests that were done of the cars

the best i ever found was a couple of "reefers' under the carpet of a VW beetle i bought 35 yrs ago.
