what bike is it. if you're talking about a supercharged nitros hayabusa then just how fast do you need. If you have an ag100 then maybe consider a bike change.

Get a bigger more powerful bike gearing one up wont guarentee more speed if the engine lacks the power to drive it

Bigger sprocket on the front or smaller one on the rear to make it go faster for the same revs provided it has the power to drive a higher gearing.
One tooth bigger on the front will be similar to 3 or 4 smaller on the rear.
Bigger on the front or smaller on the rear to go faster with the same revs.
The one thing you have right in your statement is that a bigger rear wheel with the same gearing will make it go faster provided there is enough power to drive it.

Take one of the screws out holding the number plate in place.Just so it hangs down about 150mm.That'll do it nice.will go faster n sound better
