edited- oops that might be against TM rules, 15 july it wasn't of interest to the police,according to a free carjam report, you can figure out the plate from the photo of the back.

Even if you think it is dodgy, you are not allowed to put questions on their auction to "warn" others. If you are genuinely concerned, use the comunity watch feature at let trademe deal with it.

I'm laughing at the fact he states the car wasn't running when the pics were taken , umm theirs smoke coming out the back (condensation) and your revs are sitting at idle , and you can see a key in the ignition . wow

Community Watched a listing from The Auto Co about 4 months ago that clearly contained shill bidding and wasn't an isolated case.Apparently they have just started investigating that trader as of last week.
So I'd hate to say how long it might take them to act on a single listing (which interestingly has a lot of 'new' members bidding on it).

Well, he lists his dealer number and a quick check of the dealer registry confirms he is RMVT, you would not be liable for buying a stolen car from him. From the pics, it is clearly a 5 digit odometer. Reading his feedback, he clearly needs to employ a new groomer.
