Not sure - If I was looking for a dirt bike yours looks good and priced right.Why not fit a new chain (maybe try ebay.com for an affordable one!)and keep on trying.

Hard sell at the moment due to the economic climate. People are cutting back on toys while money is tight. You will always get plenty of watchers for a bike but most are hanging out for a bargin.

Time of year. Age of bike. Colour. Those are the only things I can think of. Otherwise it looks cheap enough for a beginner. Wait a month or two if you can.

I had a YZ250 1991 for sale for months , offers here and there but im hanging out for $1500. Real tidy MX bike for age , nice and tight and worth $1500 any day compared to some crap on here. Even had people offering me what i wanted but never heard from them again WTF !

OP you aren't doing yaself many favours. For $100 you have a new chain fitted and then the bikes good to go for the new owner. Buyers of 125 ex race bikes are looking to just hop on and ride so they don't wanna spend time and money fixing stuff. personally I love those light weight 125 ringdings--lots more fung than heavy stuff.-

Its an older bike so you have to make it look appealing to first time mx bike owners. Clean every bit of dirt off it as possible( including the tyres). Spray the tyres with armour oil or tyre shine somethinglike that spay crc over the motor and exhaust pipe and make it look shiny and clean. Take some photos of the bike on a stand that lifts the wheels off the ground, This makes the bike look like its got heaps of suspension and not sagging in the rear and yeah get a new chain, You can get new ones for less than $100.

You can spray whatever you want on it. It will still be a 125 two stroke thats nearly 20 years old. Its not competitive any more so will only appeal to a very small market.
