Not Buick. Whatever it is will have headlamps mounted on the sidepanels aft of the grille surround, there is no provision for them in the guards. Those nacelles on the guards look to be park lamp or spotlight mounts. Most makers had gone to guard mounted flush headlamps by 39 so it's likely to be somewhere around there or earlier.

Id say possibly Fur Seal, maybe Humpbacked Whale, depending on size.

For Christ's sake DONT scrap them!
Someone will need them. otherwise I'd happily nail them to my fence as garden ornaments. (Seriously, I'd hang them up in my factory with the other 'interesting' curio's.(sp)

definitely a 1936 Dodge,head lights mount off radiator surround ,will fit plymouth desoto if drilled to suit headlight storks.
