Yep, one of those would suit me down to the ground but while the car would have plenty of range for most daily commutes I'd have thought it could be a bit dicey for a taxi, though if that's their plan they obviously don't see it as a limiting factor. I'd hope that their list price- if they go into production- is better than the Leaf's.

150km range would be ideal for us too. We wouldn't have to change our habbits at all as our second car is also our long distance car. I am definitely up for something like that as soon as it is economically viable for us.

I like it too. We have got used to this sort of thing with architecture so why not vehicles!
Different dosn't necessarily mean ugly. Reminds me a bit of the current Bat Mobile and associated Bat Copter, Bike etc.
