No when it's that way from factory. You'd need to find out from a Low Volume Compliance person to get an answer to the question ( I think) you are trying to ask here! I assume you mean "After market or customizing" job .!

Depends. Are you going to be replacing what it currently has with wood! Or were you more thinking of putting a wood veneer/layer over the top of what is currently there!
If you were replacing or changing anything it will need LVV. A layer/veneer over the top, I don't think there would be a problem, so long as it doesn't protrude or interfere with anything.

as long as the wood is nonstructural I do not see a problem or need for certification. By that I mean it is pretty only, as on the mini.
