You'd paint it green with flames! I thought it'd be a pretty interesting place to live too. No lawns to mow. The trouble would be paying for it. If someone couldn't pay for it outright I doubt any bank would do a mortgage for it.

you wont live on that it would stink like hell from fuel and there is no windows, you bespending another 4 million to make something good out of that at least. Its good for fuel storage floating petrol station probably prohibited to be used as this , so its only scrap metal and since it needs cutting up worth 5 grand not 125

Sure would, have lived onboard a boat for the past 11 years. The biggest challenge with the barge is it would need repowering as very few places will allow none powered liveaboards.

Yes, fill it with fuel and let Navy or Air Force use it as a target.
