Some one's not going to be happy.

I wouldn't want to own a mitsubishi either, I feel sorry for the winning bidder

friendly_prawn, Aug 19, 8:35pm
my bro bought a new triton.had it a few years now.
Been absolutely brilliant. I thinkhis one is slightly later than the one in this auction. It was the last model before they introduced the common rail engines.
Its been reliable, its a turbo model and it drives just like a car.
Quite quick on the roads. He loves it. A better machine than the one in this auction but still. It shows the earlier ones werent too bad.
At that price, I would be gutted if I was the seller.

Why! Too cheap! To expensive!

friendly_prawn, Aug 19, 8:36pm
At that price its an absolute bargain surely! Or am i missing something here!

morrisman1, Aug 19, 8:37pm
lol, you bit harder than Jazz does with anti-euro bait

friendly_prawn, Aug 19, 8:38pm
lol, well I cant be perfect all the time. Im happy with most the time lol

ang_ck, Aug 19, 8:39pm
I think the seller got a bargain. But how come the reserve is so low!

pnh4, Aug 19, 8:43pm
I feel like I am whats this about bowl''

thejazzpianoma, Aug 19, 8:45pm
It's disturbing that old Ute's are so over priced that this constitutes a bargain.

friendly_prawn, Aug 19, 8:45pm
$7,750.00 for a $14000 ute.
Anyone else got one for that sorta money I'll happily take it off their hands. :-)

rob_man, Aug 19, 8:45pm
Considering the same vehicle in the Toyota range would probably fetch 20k then yes, it's a bargain.

pnh4, Aug 19, 9:03pm
Its always about money OK, sStarion epic failure blur'

phillip.weston, Aug 19, 9:13pm
I would have thought the price was about right, a touch on the low side perhaps! It's a 10 year old ute which would have cost less than $40k new, that has travelled 265,000kms. Sure at a yard it may be $10k+ but this is a private sale with no come back.

pnh4, Aug 19, 9:18pm
The new price of a Toyota 4wd is way high but, $110K for a Prada these days

thejazzpianoma, Aug 19, 9:21pm
That's a lot of money for a handbag. perhaps this was where they were going with those "Brucie" advertisements of the 80's.

morrisman1, Aug 19, 9:24pm
$147000 for a bloody landcruiser. Stuff that.

franc123, Aug 19, 9:37pm
He got market price for it which was 25+% above what his reserve was, not bad going. It wouldn't have cracked $10k simple as that unless it had done under 200k. When those things get much above that everyone starts worrying about how much oil its chomping through and how much longer before water getting in the oil, oil getting in the water, oil getting on the driveway or compression getting into the water will be a problem. Just the way it is.

Its got the lot, but prosthetic arms to steer the wheel
