first thing to check is that the wipers are the only bit not working. Second place to look is the fuses. I'd grab the wiper and GENTLY see if you can make it work.If you can then theres a mechanical break. If not I'd be more suspect of the switch than the wiper motor

Check fuse, check power at motor. If power at motor, do as Kaz said, and give it a bit of assistance and see if it picks up. If it does, could be something mechanical or the motor is on its way out.
If power at motor and still no go, be a faulty motor. If no power at motor, will either be fuse or the switch, or possibly something in the wiring but thats unlikely.
