yep u can.not really familiar with mpvs myself but it should be no different to anything else.

ok i take it u dont have a press so. theres a few methods you can use.first you'll need a blow torch nothing flash u can get the one that fit on cans for cheap at bunnings.while your there pick up some bolts atleast double the length of the bush u wanna remove get some nuts and some big washers too.you will also need some pipe to push the bush into so it has to be a larger internal diameter than the bush itself but not larger than the bushing shell.you can improvise and use a large socket.

now heat up the bushing shell til the rubber starts to smoke a bit that will break the bond between the rubber and the shell.then stick the bolt through the hole with the pipe/socket on one end then the washer and nut.and tighten that mother up and bobs your aunty.

alternatively you can just use the torch to burn them out.but thats messing and it stinks.

depends if it is rubber and pressed in to it then you probably cant like i will get bushes on camry pressed in by suspension place where i buy the part from as i dont have a press and you cant heat new rubbers that damages the thing logically.

i done a engine mount of my mk1 golf squashed it in with a vice but broke the vice so was not realy worth wrecking the viceyou wont do one of these without damage or a big mother press.
