haha typical aussies.via work I listed some rear window louvre fitting kits earlier this year on the e-b.y aussie site. They fought over them - the best we got was AU$221.00 for a kit retailed around NZ for $65.00!

It doesn't matter what the starting cost was - if they're rare now and some people want them the $ is going to go up.

Tomorrow . I'll retrieve it from the pile of stuff it got thrown into and see if I can locate a number stamped on it. Lucky I didn't biff it out, lol! I found some HT Monaro bonnet scoops also. I still remember the wrecking yard I was in (back when you could walk around in them) and the color of the HT I pulled them off from. It was from a well known hoon car (all HT Muro's were back in them days) that was written off. Imagine it . wrecking yards with Monaro's in them . at a time when the speed limit was just a guide and no one gave a tosh about the price of gasoline.

I have looked at it. There is no identifying castings/numbers anywhere on it. It must be fake and not of OEM Quality like we have come to expect from this prestigious brand that carries the mark of the lion. Hmmmm. HQ, HR - who knows. But given the exact likeness of this one and that one the Aussies are asking 5 hundy for . it will not go out with the scrap but instead sit and collect dust in the shed until I have a chance to find out more about it. Ta to all those who answered.
Thats it . its the same as this one near as I can tell. Whats that one! Its in the HQ-HZ range aye! I'm not a Holden guru.
