Its broken, it gets fixed, it still leaks, breaks again, problems snowball into new problems and you need to headhunt mechanics. Sounds like a european car. Sell it/return it.

In Europe it most likely will have been shredded by now, melted down and could be running around as something else eg. several hundred baked bean cans !
