TV3 coverage SUCKS, and the fact that we are blocked from watching the streams from fox and V8 live is a disgrace. if they wont even broadcast it then let us watch it on line

I watched a 3 hr broadcast on Friday and have just watched 5 1/2 hrs today from a satellite feed. Tommorrows big race will be live and ad free. I don't know why you complain about TV3s coverage when theres other alternatives.

Our flat has acquired an old sky dish with a Sharp LNB, have set it up on the deck and got it going and tuned into Optus D2 Problem we got is we're trying to pick up the V8 Supercars feed back having plenty of trouble. I'm using an Ultraplus 980hd, have done a Blind Scan of the satellite and picked up nothing on 12679 V using an SR of 6700. All the other (mostly) non-english channels came up fine, and getting a signal of around 80%
I've tried playing around with the S/R and even tried manually entering the PIDs but still getting nothing. Anyone got an ideas! ---- Try 12680 V 6670 1165/1125/1165 comes up as V8 world ---- Now I got it going, the problem appeared to be the internal TP setting in the ultraplus software was wanting it to be on a S/R of 6700, when I tried typing in 6670 I think the box was using the original S/R

Yes thats right. Its called doing your home work and searching google as I had to do. All stuff can be got off TM. You will need, a dish and an lnb, an HD Satellite STB (learn how to use, scanning or adding transponder numbers into it), point it at satellite D2. There are plenty of FTA satellite sites out there to use. The rest is up to you.

The live feed will only show while its on mate and when its over they just play replays, Lately theve only shown in car footage when the races are on but the qual and top ten were both tv coverage which was awesome!

Good to see someone working it out. The ultraplus are easy to use. You put those numbers in manually so it would of searched just that.
