http://www.nzherald.co.nz/cars/news/article.cfm!c_id=142&objectid=10842878 The guy that issued the WOF had to pay $35 & the guy that sold the car had to pay $2000 odd but that does not cover the $6300 that the buyer paid. Surely the pair of fraudsters should have paid the buyer all his money back plus face other fines etc & the guy that issued the WOF surely he should never be allowed to work as a mechanic again!.
I just don't understand this!
