any sheetmetal workers or such,that could make me a copy of a rolls royce top-half grille for me! im doing up a car and would like an imitation grille made to fit.

Yes, there is a shop in Christchurch.don't know the name.They are very old school and have mega talents in this very department!Some of the stuff they do is unbelievable. The shop is on St. Asaph Street near the corner of Fitzgerald Ave. about 3 doors down from Parrotts Instrument shop if I remember rightly.Check them out.

yea I think they make the bars with a curve in them which actually makes them look straight when you look at the grille

Each of the solid sections has to narrow slightly in the middle otherwise you get an optical illusion that makes them look fatter in the middle.
You wouldn't notice until it was assembled.

Thank the Greeks, they found out all about it and used the same technique in building their columns.
