LOL . NOPE.

Thats a 'proper" old style truck rim
Possibly pre 50's truck

Whats the name on hub center cap

Sorry dont know name on hub. Boats in Nelson, Im not. I'll have a look next time Im there.
So it'll be hard to find a spare you think!

Jesus wept.Unless there's some weird distortion due to the camera you took that photo with, that rim's not even close to being round, and looks like it's mainly composed out of loosely compressed rust.
Do yourself (and everybody else if that's ever used on a road) a favour and get a set of new matching galvanised rims. They're not very expensive.

Yep the rims buckled. Just gotta get it home then I'll build a new trailer for it.
If I can identify the stud pattern I'll take some other wheels up there to tow it home on.

You sure that even if the rims are replaced, the rest of it is in fit condition to make it from Nelson to Chch!Just saying - as there's some steel visible in your photo which looks very rusty on the outside, and on boat trailers, galv RHS tends to rust from the inside out.Hit the steel with a small stone in your hand, and a thud sound rather than a metallic ping tells that it's being held together by paint and zinc. If it's bad, then I think I'd be getting the boat trucked down - leaving the trailer behind.

Yeah I am also looking at the trucking option.
Trailer isnt as bad as it looks, I've had a good look over and under it.
Even if I did have to take some a welder up and bits and pieces up. Maybe a new axle or whatever. My ex lives there and I've got a few mates up there too, and I travel up there pretty regularly as well.
I've also got a Safari up there to bring home so if I can hook that trailer on and start driving, it would be the ideal solution.
