Turning a jimmy into a flat deck

Has anyone done this before I have a three door but want to turn it to a flat deck I'd been keen to talk to any that has done it and would like to come have a look I do live it taihape

Try Burkes Metal Works in Chch,they have done 100s of them for DOC.They end up looking like a factory made ute unlike some awful conversions out there.

I done my sj413. I just cut about a meter section out welded the end back on then welded the door into the back. It wasnt that big of a job

Cost without tray was somewhere around 6K - 6 months ago. Got plenty of tray photo's.

iImade a flat deck from scratch they are quiet easy to build. I dont have any plans sorry. I took the deck off and built a wellside into the rollcage when i turned it into a offroader. Check out my listings

Thanks heaps i am looking at doing it all myself tho I'm really just looking for tips and ways others have done it and looking to learn from there mistakes but all infor is good
