Greetings all. I believe on checking the NZTA website that the answer is no, but is it possible to transfer ownership of a vehicle to someone who doesn't have a standard NZ drivers licence! (i.e. someone who is in the process of getting an NZ one, and/or currently has an international licence for NZ, or someone with no licence at all!) Cheers

It can even be put into a person's name who holds no driver's licence at all.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
