Condensation in headlights

A friend bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla hatchback in June last year. They keep getting condensation in the head and tail lights. Have taken it back to Toyota 3 times where they have replaced the lights etc, but they're still getting the condensation. They have had both the AA and an independent mechanic tell them they will not get a warrant, because it's not just condensation but water droplets forming.
Toyota have told them there's nothing else they can do, and that it's due to atmospheric conditions. Just wondered if anyone else had this problem, and any suggestions as to what they should do!

They should take it to a toyota dealer for warrants

Headlights need to be warmed up & then sealed while warm & dry.
Theres clearly something wrong with the sealing system
OR .
It's getting a hammering from a water blaster/ strong garden hose/ monster puddles

Headlights (all lights for that matter) are not fully sealed from factory. There has to be an opening/vent to allow for gas to escape as they heat up as gas expands etc etc Im sure you know the rest.

I'd be looking for a bonnet seal or something to be leaking causing water to get into that area.
