I know even people who purchase cheapies have rights but hey, what do they expect for $900 and look at the name of the trader. Why do they buy shit from such people! Why do they think it will go well for a long time! They purchased an end of life car which realy should be at the wreckers.

I'm not convinced any facts have been established, it's a very 'loose' story with lots of gaps that the OP doesn't seem very forthcoming with, low fuel, while a bit annoying, is not something you can take to court, I think the lack of answers to kaz's questions is telling.
