What is the best method and products to use to get rid of swirl and light scratches/scuffs out of a cars paint work!

Get a claybar treatment kit. I used it on my wifes dark coloured car and it made a huge difference. various kits available at Super cheap and Repco at about $70 upwards. From memory I got a Meguiars kit.
