We're taking our family car out of the big smoke for about the fourth time in the 10 years we've owned it (its an exciting life) on a little holiday. Just want to know the distance from say the middle of B Bay to the middle of Whangarei (Kensington Stadium). Thanks.

Thanks guys - its about 30kms then. What about time taken to do it if I travelled with this guy; "My best was in an XJ6, when I left Chch at 08:00, went to Dunners, worked four hours, and was back in Chch by 17:00."
I could be there and back before I'd left.the night before!

speed limmit is 100kph i advise you to stick to it whangarei has as mutch cops as the whole of auckland and there will be at least 1 speed camera if not more and you will probably see 8 cops befor you get to whangarei some are undercover holdons and falcons also.
