yes i wonder who does anything about this kind of fraud it seems to be just buyer beware but people should be held accountable 327,100 according to carjam although they have been wrong before but unlikely in this case

"the listing has been removed from the site." What's the point! They should suspend sellers account completely and not just remove the listing.
